The figure is an estimate when any of these are true: Contents sum insured is S$15,000, S$30,000, S$100,000. Priced for your contents sum with S$200,000 of fixtures, fittings and renovations; the Ultimate plan takes the sums you choose, at S$0.50 per S$1,000 of renovations and S$2.50 per S$1,000 of contents a year.
