The insurer prices by its own areas (Zone A, Zone B, Zone C). A trip is priced on the widest area of the countries you visit. Annual cover uses the area of its region. It doesn't cover trips to Afghanistan, Belarus, Congo (Democratic Republic), Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan and Syria, so a trip that includes one gets no price from it.
